3. Payment Processing

AudLabs uses the following third-party payment processors:

Paystack — for Nigerian Naira bank transfers and instant withdrawals
Flutterwave — for card payments and mobile money across Africa and internationally
NOWPayments — for cryptocurrency (USDT) payments

These processors have their own privacy policies and handle payment data according to their respective security standards. We do not store your full card details on our servers.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase Firestore, which is hosted on Google Cloud infrastructure. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction.

Your voiceover generation history is stored locally on your device and in our secure database to enable cross-device access.

5. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

Service Providers: With trusted partners like Paystack, Flutterwave, NOWPayments and MiniMax AI who help us deliver our services
Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our legal rights
Business Transfer: In the event of a merger or acquisition of AudLabs

6. Referral Program

When you participate in our referral program, we track referrals using a unique referral code linked to your account. We record commission earnings and payments in your account. Referral earnings are calculated at 10% of every payment made by users you refer.

7. Voice Data

When you use our voice cloning feature, audio files you upload are processed by MiniMax AI to create your custom voice. These audio files are used solely for the purpose of creating your cloned voice and are subject to MiniMax's privacy and data handling policies.

We do not use your voice samples for any purpose other than creating the voice clone you requested.

8. Cookies and Tracking

We use minimal cookies and local storage to:

Keep you signed in to your account
Remember your theme preference (dark or light mode)
Store your voiceover generation history locally
Track referral codes from referral links

We also use Tawk.to live chat which may set cookies for chat functionality.
